Snap! is a mobile card game application that offers single-player gameplay against an AI opponent and optional premium features available via a one-time purchase.
The Snap! Premium subscription is a recurring monthly plan ($1.99/month) that unlocks additional features (friend challenges, all difficulty levels, unlimited daily play). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are available for partial billing periods once gameplay features have been accessed.
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the app, attempt to manipulate game outcomes, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Some anonymised gameplay statistics may be stored on our servers to power leaderboards. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap! and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
