Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Snap! collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Local Storage: Game preferences, difficulty settings, sound settings, and a randomly-generated anonymous user ID are stored on your device only. Server-side: Anonymised gameplay statistics (wins, losses, fastest snap times) linked to your anonymous user ID may be stored to power the global leaderboard. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide a username. Payments: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
We use collected data solely to operate the game, display leaderboards, and improve gameplay experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you choose a username, it may be visible to other players on the leaderboard. You can change or delete your username at any time in Settings.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Stripe may use cookies as part of their payment processing service, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or use the "Delete My Data" option in Settings. Server-side leaderboard data associated with your anonymous ID can be removed by deleting your account in Settings.
Snap! is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Use the "Delete My Account & Data" option in Settings, or contact us through the app's support channel.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes within the app.
